1. Booking & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

  • All bookings are final and non-refundable, unless the trip is canceled by us. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

2. Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in: from 14:00 (2:00 PM)

  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

3. Included Services

  • Your booking includes accommodation, scheduled meals, and activities as outlined in your itinerary.

  • Bottled water, snacks, and some alcoholic beverages are also included.

  • Any additional services or unscheduled items may incur extra charges.

4. Code of Conduct & Safety

  • Guests must respect the environment, wildlife, staff, and fellow travelers.

  • While at the lodge or on activities, guests must be accompanied by a guide at all times. This is for your safety and required by our operating policy.

  • Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the premises without refund.

5. Assumption of Risk

  • While we make every reasonable effort to provide a safe environment, you acknowledge that participation in wilderness-based activities involves inherent risks.

  • We are not liable for any injury, illness, death, or loss/damage to personal property.

  • By booking with us, you agree to accept these risks.

  • We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance with emergency medical evacuation coverage.

6. Health & Medical Conditions

  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit for all scheduled activities.

  • Please inform us in advance of any health conditions or special requirements.

7. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for delays, disruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, civil unrest, pandemics, or transport issues.
